The organization

Safari Cheetah Plates

Organizing a birthday can sometimes stress you out because you want to please your child so that this day is the best day of the year, every year!

It’s important to make a small schedule to clear your mind of these things and let new ideas in. Everything will be noted and nothing will be forgotten.

To start, 30 days before, prepare the guest list and think about making invitations in the theme of your choice, here the safari theme!

Then, 20 days before, distribute the invitations to get an idea of who will be there and who won’t on the big day, so you can shop according to the number of people attending.

10 days to go — you absolutely must order your decorations to be sure to receive everything on time!

Decoration Essentials

Large Safari Animal Garland

The part not to overlook during a themed birthday is the decoration; without decoration, the theme makes no sense. To experience it 100%, we offer beautiful Meri Meri decorations that will fully immerse you in the safari world! What could be better than animals everywhere!

In the essentials category, we have the beautiful plates featuring several safari animals! Then, the dishes with the famous Meri Meri “Cheetah” and the zebra napkins. But don’t forget the candles! The kids’ favorite moment, here represented by an elephant, a lion, and a zebra!

To add some pep to this birthday party, we also offer a “Party like an Animal” Garland, a piñata, and a large Cheetah balloon that will enhance the decoration. To please your friends and help them remember this day, we also have party bags printed with safari animal patterns!

To finish, you can add balloons to the party; this will entertain and always please the children!

Activities

Safari Cheetah Leaf Balloon

To please your child, don’t forget to prepare a small list of activities (some suggestions below!), a playlist for some atmosphere, and make the shopping list! All this happens at D-7.

Relax! We are at D-1, to stay organized and not waste time, prepare the snacks and cakes! Then the decorations, if you need to inflate balloons, fill pinatas... Put everything you need in a small corner so you don’t forget anything again.

And there it is, the big day, and the month flew by so fast! It’s time to set the table and put everything in place.

You did it, you succeeded! Here is a perfectly organized birthday.

Mask Creation

For a lion mask:
- Take cardboard plates and paint the back orange.
- Then draw eyes, a nose, and a mouth with a black marker.
- Next, cut strips of orange paper. Glue them to the edges of the plate to create the mane.
- Then attach a string or thin elastic to hold it around the head.

For a giraffe mask:
- Also start with a cardboard plate and paint the back yellow.
- Cut horn and ear shapes out of yellow paper and glue them onto the plate.
- Then draw the eyes, nostrils (by making two small circles), and the mouth.
- To finish, make brown spots by pressing the tip of your brush onto the yellow surfaces.

Safari Photo

Organize a photo session where the children can dress up as jungle explorers and pose with decorations representing jungle animals.

You can also set up a photo booth with accessories like safari hats, plastic binoculars, stuffed animals, or even the masks made earlier!

Make your cardboard animal

Give the children pieces of cardboard, scissors, glue, and markers, then encourage them to create their own jungle animals using their imagination.

With these activities, the children will leave with lots of magical memories from this beautiful day!
