* Delivery on working days. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed and sent the next working day. Orders placed before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day. The indicated times are those communicated to us by the carriers.

 

If there are delays outside the times communicated by the carriers, unfortunately these are beyond our control and we are unable to provide compensation. We do everything possible to meet our given deadlines.

In exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or Christmas/Black Friday, these may be subject to delays. This is beyond our control. 

Furniture Delivery 

 

Furniture delivery is always made at the door, at street level. Please carefully inspect the boxes and furniture upon arrival. If it is damaged, please reject it from the delivery person. 

 

If you accept a delivery with damaged boxes, it is imperative to clearly indicate "damaged" on the delivery note. Otherwise, no dispute can be initiated.


Missed delivery appointments are charged by the carrier and we are forced to pass these charges on, in accordance with the carrier's invoice. If a delivery is refused and returned to the brand, the return fees are charged at the same rate as ours and deducted from the refund of the goods.



Damaged Deliveries – Especially Furniture

Please carefully inspect the boxes and furniture upon arrival. If it is damaged, please reject it from the delivery person and also clearly indicate on the delivery note "rejected due to damage." Without this, no claim can be made for damaged deliveries with the carrier or Les Petits. This inspection is your responsibility.
